Familys Favorite Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Onion Soup Mix

2 lbs. ground beef

2 eggs

1 roll of Ritz crackers, crushed

1/2 cup salsa

1 tsp powered garlic (or fresh)

Hefty sprinkle of seasoning salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In large bowl, combine all ingredients. I use my hands it mixes best this way.

(Optional- Add more salsa on top of the loaf before you bake it.)

In 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf.

Bake 1 hour or until done.

Let stand for 10 minutes.
