Cream Of Vegetable Soup

- 2 1/2 C milk shopping list
- 1 TBS flour shopping list
- 2 TBS butter/margarine shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- dash of pepper, dill, parsley, chives shopping list
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables cooked, or a cup or so of Cooked Fresh is better shopping list
How to make it
- Mix milk, flour, butter/marg., salt & seasonings in blender.
- Add vegetables.
- Cover & Blend 1 to 3 minutes until smooth.
- Pour mixture into pan & slowly bring to boil while stirring.
- Let boil 2 to 3 minutes.
- Serve & enjoy..
