  • Combine sugar ,butter and milk to a boil, reduce heat stir constantly until candy thermoter reads 236 soft ball stage> remove from heat and stir in mints until melted then add marshmallow cream and vanilla stir until smooth put into a buttered 15x10 inch pan cover and put in refrigator for one hour roll into balls then dip into melted white baking chocolate and place onto wax paper then drizzle with green frosting!!
