Poor Mans Filet Mignon

Ingredients
- 1 Pound of ground round shopping list
- 1/2 small can evaporated milk shopping list
- 1/2 package of onion soup mix shopping list
- 6 bacon slices shopping list
How to make it
- Combine meat,milk and soup mix
- Divide into 3 round portions
- Wrap 2 strips of bacon around each
- Place under broiler until done
- Note: If you add a cup of water to the bottom portion of the broiling pan before sliding into the oven,it will help absorb smoke and grease

These are delicious! I usually sizzle mine in an iron skillet rather than broiling. So very good! :)
