French Onion Soup

This dish is very easy and tasty!
Ingredients
- French onion soup shopping list
- 2 tablespoons butter shopping list
- 2 onions sliced thin shopping list
- 1/3 cup red cooking wine shopping list
- ½ cup water shopping list
- 1 can chicken broth shopping list
- pepper to taste shopping list
- a dash of basil shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions till softened in butter, then add the other ingredients.
- Simmer for at least 15 min.
- Pour in bowls all toasted bread then mozarella chesse on top also
- sprinkle with some parmesan.
