How to make it

  • Slice tomatoes and mozzerella to about 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick slices. Lay about an even amount of tomato and mozzerella slices out on a serving plate and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar to taste (but don't go too skimpy) and add cracked pepper to taste. Serve and Enjoy or just snack!
