Chocolate Cherry Bars

This is an easy dessert to make with little prep time
Ingredients
- 1- 18 oz package of dark fudge cake mix shopping list
- 1- 20 ox can of cherry pie filling shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of almond extract shopping list
- 2 well-beaten eggs shopping list
- cherry icing (store bought is fine) shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven at 350 degrees
- Place all ingrediants into a bowl and mix well by hand
- Pour batter into lighty floured and greased 9 x 13 in. cake pan
- Bake at 350 degrees until done. About 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool and ice with the cherry icing.
- (May use chocolate or vanilla icing if so desired or sprinkle powdered sugar over top)
