Pepperoni Bread

- 1 lb. bread dough. (From your local bakery, homemade, or from the grocery store) shopping list
- 1 stick pepperoni (sliced) shopping list
- 16 oz. Part Skim Mozzarella (thinly sliced) shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 clove garlic (minced) shopping list
- 1 tsp oregano shopping list
- salt shopping list
- pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Crack egg into small dish and mix with a fork
- Grease a cookie sheet
- Roll out dough into a long rectangle and place on baking sheet
- Spread minced garlic onto bread
- Sprinkle with Oregano
- Salt & pepper as you see fit
- Cover with slices of cheese & pepperoni
- Starting with one of the long sides of the rectangle, roll up the dough
- Seal edge with egg wash
- Brush the top of the bread with the egg wash
- Cut a few diagonal slits in the top of the bread
- Bake for 30 mins
- Let cool, slice & serve
