How to make it

  • Pat fish fillets dry with paper towles; place in a 15-in x 10 in. x 1 in. baking pan coated with nonstick cooking spray. Drizzle fish with 1 tablesppoon butter; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
  • Meanwhile, in a skillet, saute sweet peppers and onion in remain butter until almost tender. Dollop fish with sour cream; top with vegetable mixture.
  • Bake 2-3 minutes longer or until heated through. Sprikle with paprika if desired.
