How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 375 F.
  • Arrange the Fillets in a large, glass casserole dish and pour the tomatoes and their juice over Tilapia Fillets.
  • Sprinkle Fillets with seafood seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste, followed by olives.
  • Grate the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  • Bake fish uncovered in the oven until just opaque in center (about 20-25 minutes, for Fillets about 1" thick).
  • Remove from oven and sprinkle wih fresh parsley if desired.
  • Serve wih your favorite side dish. (I love it over rice!!!!)
  • Enjoy!!!!
