How to make it

  • Add water bit by bit and knead the dough until it is smooth and firm
  • Roll it out into discs of approximately the size of palm
  • Deep fry it one at a time
  • When the bread is puffed on one side, turn it over and cook for a few seconds, until it is golden and crispy
  • Drain on paper towel
  • Serve it with a meal , sweets , chutney , potato masal , sauce , yogurt or even on it's own as a snack .
