Cool and tasty recipe and pic frpm Kraft foods. This is one of my favorite snacks.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C. shredded carrots, divided
  • 1/2 C. Philadelphia brand Chive & Onion Light Cream Cheese Spread
  • 2 medium cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, seeded

Directions
  1. Remove 2 Tbsp. of the carrots; set aside.
  2. Mix remaining carrots with the cream cheese spread until well blended.
  3. Spoon evenly into hollowed-out cucumbers.
  4. Sprinkle with the reserved carrots.
  5. Cut each cucumber half into five pieces to serve, if desired.
