Red capsicum Jelly

- 2 large red capsicums shopping list
- 2 small dried chillies shopping list
- i cup wine vinegar shopping list
- 35gm jam setting mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup water shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Deseed & chop capsicums (process these in blender)
- put in pot & add the chillies & vinegar
- boil gently for 3 -> 4 mins
- add jam setting mix & boil briskly for 5 mins
- add sugar & bring back to the boil for 4 -> 5 mins
- test for setting
- Discard the chillies and bottle in steralized jars.
- Refrigerate once opened if there is any left over.
