German Potato Salad Recipe

Ingredients

potatos

green onions

salt and pepper to taste

miracle whip LIGHT

Hot water

lemon wedge

Directions

Boil Potatos, cool, and cut into pieces

Slice entire stalk of green onions, (to taste)

take two cups of light miracle whip and 2 cups hot water. (Mix till smooth)

add all ingredients to a large bowl and fold together.

Squeeze lemon wedge on top of salad.
