German Potato Salad Recipe

My German neighbor taught me how to make this. Its my husbands Favorite potato salad.

Ingredients
- potatos
- green onions
- salt and pepper to taste
- miracle whip LIGHT
- Hot water
- lemon wedge
Directions
- Boil Potatos, cool, and cut into pieces
- Slice entire stalk of green onions, (to taste)
- take two cups of light miracle whip and 2 cups hot water. (Mix till smooth)
- add all ingredients to a large bowl and fold together.
- Squeeze lemon wedge on top of salad.
- =)
