- 4 to 5 pound lamb roast shopping list
- 3 cups flour shopping list
- garlic rub shopping list
- gray salt shopping list
- peppermill pepper shopping list
- 4 cups cooking oil shopping list
How to make it
- Carefully cut fat from roast then cut into 1-inch to 1-1/2-inch cubes. Dredge cubed meat in flour and place portions in deep-fat fryer at 350 degrees. Cook for 2-1/2 minutes or until tips have lost pink coloring. Remove from fryer and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with large salad.
