How to make it

  • Carefully cut fat from roast then cut into 1-inch to 1-1/2-inch cubes. Dredge cubed meat in flour and place portions in deep-fat fryer at 350 degrees. Cook for 2-1/2 minutes or until tips have lost pink coloring. Remove from fryer and drain on paper towels. Serve hot with large salad.
