How to make it
- Mix the gelatin with the sugar and add boiling water. Stir until the gelatin is completely dissolved.
- Stir in whipping cream and chill until slightly thickened.
- Add sour cream and vanilla.
- Beat with an electric beater until the mixture is bubbly.
- Pour into 1 qt. molds or smaller individual molds.
- Chill until firm, at least 2 hours.
- Remove from mold and serve with whole strawberries (or other fresh fruit)
