Ingredients
  • 6-7 sprigs of fresh herbs, like lavender, mint, thyme, or rosemary
  • 2 cups honey

Directions
  1. Heat and stir honey over medium heat until warm. Place herbs in bottom of heat-proof jar. Pour over warm honey over herbs.
  2. Cool at room temperature.
  3. Cover and seal tightly and let flavors mingle for 2 days before serving.
