Pear Topped French Toast

PEAR TOPPED FRENCH TOAST This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Gee Estate in Mesquite, Texas in 1982.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon shopping list
- 3 teaspoons granulated sugar shopping list
- 1 pear sliced thin shopping list
- 2 pats butter shopping list
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice shopping list
- 1 slice French toast shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cinnamon and sugar then add sliced fruit, butter and juice.
- Microwave until butter melts and mixture is hot.
- Stir until fruit slices are covered with sauce then pour over French toast.
