Ice box rolls

- 1-package yeast shopping list
- 1/2-cup sugar shopping list
- 1tsp-salt shopping list
- 3Tbsp-oil shopping list
- 2-cups lukewarm water shopping list
- 1-egg shopping list
- 6-cups flour (plain) shopping list
How to make it
- Put yeast in large mixing bowl,add salt,sugar,water and well beaten egg.Sift flour once and measure.Add1/2 flour and beat well.Add oil and mix again.Add remaining1/2 flour.Knead well.Let rise till double its bulk.Punch down and cover tightly. Let rise 2 or more hours.Shape into small rolls and place in grease pan.Let rise until twice it's size.Bake 15 to 20 minutes or golden brown...............Dough may be refrigerated in air tight container,..punch down until needed...Remove from refrigerated, shape rolls and let rise 2-3 hours.This dough may be stored for up to 3 days.......
