Ingredients
  • 1 Cup plus 2 Tablespoons Water (75-80*F)
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter, softened to room temperature
  • 1 Tablespoon Granulated White Sugar
  • 3 Cups White Bread Flour
  • ¼ Cup Dry Buttermilk Powder
  • ½ Tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Salt
  • 2 Tsp. “Rapid Rise” Yeast (Bread Machine Yeast) or (not both)
  • 1 Tablespoon Active Dry Yeast (Regular Yeast)

Directions
  1. Put ingredients in the bread pan in order above.
  2. Select regular cycle light crust.
  3. Bake and cool then slice bread to desired thickness.
