A paste prepared that can be cooked with either prawn, chicken, fish, mutton, beef, etc
Ingredients
- 1/2 piece of big red chilli shopping list
- 2 tablespoon of dried chilli shopping list
- 1 onion shopping list
- 6 shallots shopping list
- 1/2 clove of garlic shopping list
- 3 pieces of clove (spices) shopping list
- 1 stem of curry leaves shopping list
- 1/2 piece of cinnamon stick (about 1/2cm width and 5cm length) shopping list
- 2 pieces of cardamon (only the inside content) shopping list
- 1 piece of star anise shopping list
- 5 pieces of kafir lime leaves shopping list
- 3 pieces of laksa leave (daun kesom) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of oil shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all ingredients (except for the oil) till all ingredients get to small pieces. Add in the oil and blend for another 3minutes till the mixture is quite smooth.
