Ingredients
  • 3 C whole milk pwd
  • 1 C sugar
  • 1/2 C nuts , powdered
  • 3 tbsp cream
  • 3 tbsp hot ghee
  • 1/4 C milk
  • cardamom pwd
  • few strands of saffron

Directions
  1. Add cream and hot ghee to the milk pwd and mix well .
  2. Set aside for 10 mins .
  3. Pass it thro' a sieve .
  4. Make one string syrup with sugar and milk .
  5. Add the cardamom pwd , cashew nut pwd and saffron .
  6. Add the milk pwd and roll into desired shape
