Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs. Black caviar
  • 2 Tbs. Sweet Butter
  • Cheese cloth

Directions
  1. Pound finely caviar. Place in cheese cloth and twist to remove the oily liquid and briny water; then cream with butter and chill.
  2. Enjoy!
