Ingredients

How to make it

  • Butter the deli bread on each side
  • Thinly cover the other side of one slice with the garlic onion jam
  • Place buttered side down in skillet on medium high
  • Place turkey on top of jam
  • I recommend loosely layering each slice rather than just placing 4 straight layers
  • Fold Provolone cheese and half and layer it on top of turkey
  • Lay roasted red pepper slices across the cheese
  • Place feta cheese across the sandwich snugging it between the pepper slices
  • Thinly spread other slice of bread with mayo
  • Place it on top of the feta cheese
  • Press down a little to pack it a bit
  • Grill until toasted golden brown and flip and grill till done
