How to make it

  • Cut meat into 1/2” cubes and fry with diced onion until nearly done.
  • Combine mashed potato, unbeaten egg, salt and pepper then blend well.
  • Add 1/2 of the flour and mix well then knead the rest of flour into dough using a bread board.
  • Make tiny balls and open the center of each.
  • Into this opening put a portion of the meat and onion mixture.
  • Close the opening and roll in flour then drop into a kettle of boiling water and cook 30 minutes.
  • Serve with a cream gravy.
