How to make it

  • Boil the Butternut, water and beef stock together, until the Butternut is soft.
  • Leave to cool down.
  • Squash it and put it back on the stove.
  • Pour the milk in and warm it up on low heat.
  • Stir the cream and Parsley in.
  • Serve with whole wheat bread and enjoy!
