How to make it
- Boil the Butternut, water and beef stock together, until the Butternut is soft.
- Leave to cool down.
- Squash it and put it back on the stove.
- Pour the milk in and warm it up on low heat.
- Stir the cream and Parsley in.
- Serve with whole wheat bread and enjoy!
