- 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 to 4 T. milk shopping list
- 1½ cups grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 5 T. butter shopping list
- 1 cup cooking sherry ( Apple cider; non-alcoholic vanilla extract; coffee; or coffee syrup can be subbed) shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and trim the chicken breasts.
- Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl.
- Pour the cheese onto a piece of wax paper.
- Dip the chicken breasts into the egg mixture and roll them in the cheese.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
- Put the coated chicken into the pan and brown it on both sides.
- Then pour the sherry over the chicken after it is brown.
- Cover the pan and let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes.
