Bird Of Paradise Recipe
This is actually an easy recipe but the results are perfect for impressing someone at a dinner party. (This takes 45 minutes to make from start to finish)

Ingredients
  • 4 to 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 to 4 T. milk
  • 1½ cups grated parmesan cheese
  • 5 T. butter
  • 1 cup cooking sherry ( Apple cider; non-alcoholic vanilla extract; coffee; or coffee syrup can be subbed)

Directions
  1. Wash and trim the chicken breasts.
  2. Whisk the eggs and milk in a small bowl.
  3. Pour the cheese onto a piece of wax paper.
  4. Dip the chicken breasts into the egg mixture and roll them in the cheese.
  5. Melt the butter in a frying pan on medium-high heat.
  6. Put the coated chicken into the pan and brown it on both sides.
  7. Then pour the sherry over the chicken after it is brown.
  8. Cover the pan and let the chicken simmer for 30 minutes.
