How to make it
- Whisk up the Egg Whites and the Golden Syrup in a bowl over a pan of Hot Water until it is Thick and Fluffy and quite Stiff.
- Colour and/or Flavour if desired.
- Can always add to the icing when on the cake, i.e. cherries or nuts, if wished
