How to make it

  • Place ingredients in machine according to manufacturer's directions. Use the dough cycle. Remove the dough from the machine when cycle is complete. Knead slightly on a floured surface. Divide & shape into 24 smooth rolls. Place the rolls 3/4" apart on greased cookie sheet. Cover the rolls with a cloth & allow them to double in size in a warm place. Bake 350F for about 18 minutes. When you remove them from the oven brush with melted butter.
  • NOTE: Because this is a large recipe, I stopped the dough cycle on my machine 10 minutes before it was finished. The dough had already risen to the top & I didn't want to peel it from the lid.
