How to make it

  • Drain and chop artichoke hearts finely and set aside.
  • Mix remaining ingredients until smooth and creamy then add artichoke hearts and mix well.
  • Place in long shallow dish that has been greased or sprayed with nonstick spray.
  • Sprinkle with paprika then bake at 375 for 25 minutes then serve with crackers while still warm.
