Crockpot Apple Pumpkin Cake Recipe
Apple pie filling and pumpkin together in this super easy and super moist dessert

Ingredients
  • 1 21oz can apple pie filling
  • 2 c flour
  • 1 c brown sugar
  • 1/2 c sugar
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie filling)
  • 3/4 c refrigerated egg product
  • 1/3 c oil
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 t cinnamon
  • 1/4 t nutmeg
  • 1/4 t ginger
  • 1/4 t baking soda

Directions
  1. Grease 3 to 5 qt crockpot and spoon pie filling into crockpot. Spread evenly over the bottom.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl and beat with mixer to combine. Beat on med speed for 2 minutes. Pour over pie filling in crockpot
  3. Cover crockpot and cook on high for 1 1/2 to 2 hours or till tests done. Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
