This one I got from our local cookbook. It is very tasty. The kids even liked it!

Ingredients
  • 1 can applesauce
  • 1 small can pineapples, crusted
  • 1 package marshmallows
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 packages orange jell-o

Directions
  1. Mix applesauce, pineapple and marshmallows in saucepan. Heat until marshmallows are completely dissolved.
  2. Mix jell-o in one cup hot water and add to applesauce mixture.
  3. Stir until completely dissolved. Add nuts .
  4. Pour into mold or bowl, to chill.
  5. Serve on lettuce leaf with a dash of mayo.
