How to make it

  • Mascarpone mousse
  • Whip egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
  • Mix/Fold mascarpone (Just below room temperature) into the mixture.
  • Fold the fresh whipped cream into the mixture.
  • Lady finger dip
  • Mix all ingredients, except the lady fingers, in a bowl.
  • Chop up the lady fingers into 1cm pieces.
  • Coffee jelly
  • Mix the espressos, sugar syrup and Tia Maria together.
  • Melt the soaked gelatin leaves and add them to the mixture.
  • Pour into a container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • Tiramisu trifle
  • Take the coffee jelly out of the container, dice it and put it in the glass.
  • Place the cut lady fingers on top of the jelly.
  • Pour the lady finger dip over the jelly and lady fingers to cover them completely.
  • Spoon the mousse on top and finish off with chocolate shavings and icing sugar.
