Ingredients
  • Mascarpone mousse
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 60g caster sugar
  • 100g Mascarpone
  • 100g fresh cream, whipped
  • Lady finger dip
  • 2 espressos
  • 100g sugar syrup
  • 100g fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Tia Maria
  • 4 lady fingers
  • Coffee jelly
  • 2 espressos
  • 100g sugar syrup
  • 2 tablespoons Tia Maria
  • 3 gelatin leaves
  • chocolate shavings and icing sugar, to serve

Directions
  1. Mascarpone mousse
  2. Whip egg yolks and sugar until creamy.
  3. Mix/Fold mascarpone (Just below room temperature) into the mixture.
  4. Fold the fresh whipped cream into the mixture.
  5. Lady finger dip
  6. Mix all ingredients, except the lady fingers, in a bowl.
  7. Chop up the lady fingers into 1cm pieces.
  8. Coffee jelly
  9. Mix the espressos, sugar syrup and Tia Maria together.
  10. Melt the soaked gelatin leaves and add them to the mixture.
  11. Pour into a container and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  12. Tiramisu trifle
  13. Take the coffee jelly out of the container, dice it and put it in the glass.
  14. Place the cut lady fingers on top of the jelly.
  15. Pour the lady finger dip over the jelly and lady fingers to cover them completely.
  16. Spoon the mousse on top and finish off with chocolate shavings and icing sugar.
