Beer Brisket With Barbeque Sauce Recipe
This is my brothers brisket recipe and he is an incredible cook. The sauce is his own concoction and his original recipe. We all love this recipe and hope you do to. Thanks, Lee, I love you bunches.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper
  • 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2-1/2 pound beef brisket
  • 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
  • 1/2 cup catsup
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Directions
  1. Combine water, Worcestershire, vinegar, bouillon, mustard, chili powder, red pepper, and garlic.
  2. Reserve 1/2 cup liquid for sauce.
  3. Trim fat from brisket then place in crock pot and cook on low for 12 hours.
  4. In a small saucepan combine reserved liquid, catsup, brown sugar and butter.
  5. Heat through then serve with meat.
