Trout With Almonds

- 2 trout, gutted and cleaned shopping list
- 1 small shallot, diced shopping list
- 1/3 c flour shopping list
- 4 tbsp butter shopping list
- 1/4 c of sliced almonds shopping list
- 3 tbsp dry white wine shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
- fresh parsley, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Mix some salt and pepper with flour.
- Coat trout with flour mixture.
- Melt 2 tbsp butter in a large frying pan.
- When foamy, add the trout to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes each side depending on the thickness of the fish.
- Remove when fish is golden brown and firm to touch. Transfer to plate.
- Add remaining butter to pan and cook almonds and shallot until light brown. Add wine and heat through.
- Pour over fish and garnish with chopped parsley.
