Ingredients
  • 12 large Zuchini.
  • 400 grams of ground beef
  • 2-3 cloves garlic (optional)
  • salt & pepper (optional)
  • One red medium onion cuted in litle dices
  • 2 Cups of Beshamel Souce.
  • 1/2 Cup of Olive oil
  • Oregano & Basil and Parsley
  • Asides: one cup for each person of Cold White Yogurt
  • some toasted bread slices as aside dish.

Directions
  1. Wash with running water the zuchinis.
  2. With a sharp long knife cut only the basic edge of each zuchinis
  3. No peeling at all.
  4. From that side of your cut at zuchinis take off the seeds of zuchini without breaking the shape or the skin.( Like the bread of a Hot Dog)
  5. Leave the zuchini aside for later.
  6. Preheat oven in 170 Celcius Degree.
  7. In a medium size pan put 3 Tbsp of olive oil and put the onion dices. Fry till onions will come gold. Add garlic if you like.
  8. Add the ground beef and cook till brown by stiring time after time.
  9. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and parsley as you like.
  10. Cook for more 10 -15 minutes.
  11. With this mixture start stuffing all Zuchinis with a Tsp.
  12. Take a bake pan and oil with a bit of olive oil for not sticking.
  13. Put the suffed Zuchini in this pan and leave some space between them.
  14. Grill Zuchinis in oven in max temperature for 10 minutes.
  15. Change the oven temperature in 170 Celsius.
  16. Cover each zuchini with Beshamel Souce (1-2 Tbsp of Beshamel Souce for each).
  17. Bake in oven for more 45 minutes.
  18. Put in plates for e.x. 2 zuchinis per person and aside put a cup of cold yogurt and some toasted dark bread.
  19. Serve and enjoy this Great Albanian/Balcan meal.
  20. This plate can go great with Albanian Salad (Tomatos, Cucumber, Letuce, Black Olives and Cheese mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegard) and with a shot of Raki or Ouzo (strong Albanian alcoholic drink).
  21. Belive me! You will go crazy for this dish.....

Beshamel cream/sauce is a mixture of wheat flour, (all purpose) butter, and milk and a bit of salt. In a pan put one cup of butter and warm it up, than add the 2 cups of flour and mixed together adding a bit of milk time after time till will be creamy. You might need 1 and half cup of milk. When milk is finish cook for 3-4 minutes in low fire and the beshamel sauce is ready.
