Tritis Stuffed Zuchini Kungulleshka Te Mbushura

- 12 large Zuchini. shopping list
- 400 grams of ground beef shopping list
- 2-3 cloves garlic (optional) shopping list
- salt & pepper (optional) shopping list
- One red medium onion cuted in litle dices shopping list
- 2 Cups of Beshamel Souce. shopping list
- 1/2 Cup of olive oil shopping list
- oregano & basil and parsley shopping list
- Asides: one cup for each person of Cold White yogurt shopping list
- some toasted bread slices as aside dish. shopping list
How to make it
- Wash with running water the zuchinis.
- With a sharp long knife cut only the basic edge of each zuchinis
- No peeling at all.
- From that side of your cut at zuchinis take off the seeds of zuchini without breaking the shape or the skin.( Like the bread of a Hot Dog)
- Leave the zuchini aside for later.
- Preheat oven in 170 Celcius Degree.
- In a medium size pan put 3 Tbsp of olive oil and put the onion dices. Fry till onions will come gold. Add garlic if you like.
- Add the ground beef and cook till brown by stiring time after time.
- Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil and parsley as you like.
- Cook for more 10 -15 minutes.
- With this mixture start stuffing all Zuchinis with a Tsp.
- Take a bake pan and oil with a bit of olive oil for not sticking.
- Put the suffed Zuchini in this pan and leave some space between them.
- Grill Zuchinis in oven in max temperature for 10 minutes.
- Change the oven temperature in 170 Celsius.
- Cover each zuchini with Beshamel Souce (1-2 Tbsp of Beshamel Souce for each).
- Bake in oven for more 45 minutes.
- Put in plates for e.x. 2 zuchinis per person and aside put a cup of cold yogurt and some toasted dark bread.
- Serve and enjoy this Great Albanian/Balcan meal.
- This plate can go great with Albanian Salad (Tomatos, Cucumber, Letuce, Black Olives and Cheese mix with olive oil and balsamic vinegard) and with a shot of Raki or Ouzo (strong Albanian alcoholic drink).
