Quick and easy. I have a friend that will eat the entire pan if you don't watch him.

Ingredients
  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 lb cooked bacon, diced
  • 2 cups cheese

Directions
  1. Layer as follows:
  2. 1st layer hashbrowns
  3. 2nd layer sour cream & soup mixture
  4. 3rd layer bacon
  5. Cook covered with foil at 350 degrees for 75-80 minutes.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top
  7. Bake another 10 minutes or so to melt the cheese.
