Ingredients
  • 1 cup of beer
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1 medium onion, thinly chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 pounds of flank steak, scored or round, or chuck steak pierced

Directions
  1. In medium bowl combine beer with all liquid ingredients.
  2. Add onion and garlic.
  3. Place steak in shallow baking dish; cover with sauce.
  4. Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight; turn occasionally
  5. Drain.
  6. Place on broiler tray and broil for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
  7. Season with desired salt and pepper.
  8. Onions can be removed from marinate and placed on steak last few minutes of cooking.

Well, nobody commented or rated this excellent recipe and I for one mean "excellent." I'll probably toss in a few more garlic cloves but that's just because I'm a garlic lover ;) High 5 for sure!!!
