Beer Marinated Beef

- 1 cup of beer shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup canola oil shopping list
- 1 medium onion, thinly chopped shopping list
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped shopping list
- 2 pounds of flank steak, scored or round, or chuck steak pierced shopping list
How to make it
- In medium bowl combine beer with all liquid ingredients.
- Add onion and garlic.
- Place steak in shallow baking dish; cover with sauce.
- Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight; turn occasionally
- Drain.
- Place on broiler tray and broil for 8 to 10 minutes on each side or until desired doneness.
- Season with desired salt and pepper.
- Onions can be removed from marinate and placed on steak last few minutes of cooking.

Well, nobody commented or rated this excellent recipe and I for one mean "excellent." I'll probably toss in a few more garlic cloves but that's just because I'm a garlic lover ;) High 5 for sure!!!
