Spicy asian carrot ginger soup

- 1.5 liter water shopping list
- 2 carrots(grated) shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger shopping list
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic shopping list
- 1 zucchini (grated) shopping list
- 4 mushrooms (champinion/button) thinly sliced shopping list
- 200ml (1cup) soy sauce shopping list
- Half a chicken stock cube shopping list
- 2 small dried chillies (crushed/chopped) shopping list
- 1 egg (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Bring the saucepan of water to the boil
- Add all ingredients(except egg) and simmer for 5 min
- while stirring, dribble in egg.
- Serve
