Cobbler Peach Cobbler

- 6-8 lg. ripe peaches, sliced shopping list
- 1 c. sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 T cornstarch shopping list
- CRUST shopping list
- 1 c flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking powder shopping list
- 2 egg yolks shopping list
- 1 c sugar shopping list
- 1/2 c. melted butter shopping list
- 2 egg whites, stiffly beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Combine peaches, cornstarch and sugar. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.
- Combine all ingredients for crust except for egg whites. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into other mixture. Spread over the peaches.
- Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
