Ingredients

6-8 lg. ripe peaches, sliced

1 c. sugar

2 1/2 T cornstarch

CRUST

1 c flour

1 tsp. baking powder

2 egg yolks

1 c sugar

1/2 c. melted butter

2 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Directions

Combine peaches, cornstarch and sugar. Pour into greased 9x13 pan.

Combine all ingredients for crust except for egg whites. In separate bowl, beat egg whites until stiff. Fold egg whites into other mixture. Spread over the peaches.

Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
