Every Asian culture has a steamed tofu recipe. This easy and low cal recipe I have seen served in Malaysia, Taiwan, Singapore, etc. Very yummy!

Hi Mellybelly. I use a silken (soft) tofu for steaming to get a silky texture. If find steaming regular to firm tofu, it becomes quite rubbery. Good luck!
