- 3 TBSP SNIPPED CILENTRO OR mint shopping list
- 1/4 salt shopping list
- 6 EARS corn CLEANED AND HUSKED OR 3 CUPS FROZEN WHOLE KERNAL corn THAWED shopping list
- 1 1/2 CUPS BABY SPINICH LEAVES shopping list
- 1 LARGE tomato SEEDED AND CHOPPED shopping list
- 3/4 CUP cucumbER SEEDED AND CHOPPED shopping list
How to make it
- IN LARGE BOWL COMBINE LIME JUICE AND HONEY WISK TOGETHER UNTIL COMBINED.
- STIR IN PEPPER CILANTRO AND SALT
- ADD CORN TO LIME JUICE MIXTURE.
- STIR IN SPINICH TOMATO AND CUCUMBER.
- SERVE.
