  • 2 tbs Worcestershire Sauce (or to taste)
  • 1/4 cup of bread crums or salt crackers (just crush them in the blender)
  • 2 green onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup of cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 3 Chile Serrano (More or less depending on how spicy you want it) finely chopped.

  • Hamburger buns
  • 4 California Chiles
  • 1/2 of a white onion (Round thin slices)
  • Mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Avocado (thinly sliced)
  • Lettuce
  • Tomatoe (thinly sliced)
  • SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
  • Chipotle Sauce
  • Mayonice
  • OTHER:
  • Oil

Directions
  1. MEAT PREPARATION:
  2. In a hot frypan add 2 tbs of oil and put the california and serrano chiles and cover. Once the skin has separated fron the chile and it looks ready remove from them from frypan and put in a plastic bag and let it cool for 5 minutes. Then peel of the skin.
  3. In a bowl put the meat add the green onion, cilantro, salt, pepper, garlic salt, barbecue sauce, worcestershire suce, mix well then add the bread crums and mix again.
  4. Clean and remove seeds from serrano chile and finely chop and add to the meat and mix once again.
  5. once that is done let the meat rest for 10 minutes in the refrigerator before making the patties. Once it has rested you can make the patties.
  6. HAMBURGER STUFF:
  7. Remove the skin from the California chiles and open to remove seeds and tail then and cut in 1/2s.
  8. Wash and desinfect the lettuce and set aside.
  9. Cut the avocado and tomatoe in thin slices and set aside.
  10. In a frypan add about 2 tbs of oil and add the sliced onion and mushroom and salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste and a squiz of lemon and let it grill.
  11. SAUCE PREPARATION:
  12. 1/4 cup of chipotle sauce and 1/4 cup of mayo and blend well. If you wanted spicier add more chipotle.
  13. Now you can grill the patties.
  14. Spread the souce on the bun and put them on the grill so it will toast but do it once the meat is done. If you want you can spread more sauce to the bread once they are done.
  15. You can put all of the Hamburger stuff on the table and prepare it yourselves with all of the stuff you made.
  16. Side dish: fryes or potatoe chips.
  17. Enjoy away I hope you enjoy them. It is more work then the usual for a Hamburger but they are truly delicious and they are worth it.
