this is a drink for the whole family, non-alcoholic, a tropical fruit drink

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and stems removed
- 1 ( 10 .5 -ounce) can of frozen non- alcoholic pina colada drink mix concentrate such as barcardi brand ........thawed
- 1 cup lime sherbet sofened
- 1 pint of white-chocolate ice cream softened
- 4 whole strawberries for garnish
- 4 lime slices for garnish
Directions
- combine the 2 cups strawberries and the pina colada mix in the blender, process until smooth.
- add lime sherbet,and white chocolate;process the mixture until it is well blended and smooth.
- pour into frosted glasses, and garnish the rim of each glass with a strawberry and slice of lime, serve immed.
- makes about 4 cups
