  • Preheat broiler.
  • Peel and slice tomatoes.
  • Cut toast into rounds to fit the tomato slices.
  • Mix mayo with garlic and spread on tomatoes.
  • Place onto toast rounds and broil uner moderate heat and broil until brown and bubbly-approx 3-5 minutes.
