Pannetone in The breadmaker

- Liquids: shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 stick butter, very soft, could be margarine also shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 1 tsp almond extract shopping list
- Drys: shopping list
- 2 cups bread flour shopping list
- 5 Tbs sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 3 tsp yeast shopping list
- 1 cup raisins soaked in rum and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup coarse chopped nuts shopping list
- 3 Tbs heaping, of chopped candied fruit shopping list
How to make it
- Add ingredients as your breadmaker instucts for sweet bread cycle, adding more flour or liquid if necessary to make the proper dough for your bread machine.
- At the beep add the raisns, nuts and fruit
- Do not slice until completely cool
- Yield 2 lb loaf
