Chocolate Cheese Fudge Recipe

How to make it

  • Melt cheese and butter together over medium heat in saucepan.
  • Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts.
  • Sift together sugar and cocoa in large bowl. Add cheese mixture. Use hands for final mixing!.
  • Remove candy from bowl with hands and roll into balls.
  • Add skewers.
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy!

    I've made Cheese Fudge, but never tried any with cocoa. And here I said just 2 days ago that I wasn't going to ever make any more fudge!

    I made something like this with baking chocolate. I think this sounds a little easier.
