Makes 5 Cups . It can be eaten in combination with yogurt, manuka honey,strawberries, bananas, or other cereal. It can also be used as a topping in pastries and desserts. It is lightweight, high in energy, and easy to store .

Ingredients
  • 1 C cranberries
  • 3 C oats
  • 1/2 C chopped walnuts
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 2 tbsp wheatgerm and sesame seeds
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar and extra light olive oil

Directions
  1. Pre heat oven to 150 degrees .
  2. Combine oats , nuts , wheatgerms , sesame seeds and salt in a 13 by 9 inch baking pan .
  3. Bake for 30 mins .
  4. Increase the oven to 175 degrees .
  5. Combine honey , sugar and oil and cook in medium heat until it melts .
  6. Remove and stir in vanilla .
  7. Drizzle it over oats and stir to coat .
  8. Return it to the oven and nake another 10 mins .
  9. Break up any clumps with a spoon and add the cranberries .
  10. Store in airtight container .
