Easy. Especially nice for a luncheon, brunch, party, because of the presentation.

Ingredients
  • 1 prepared baked pie shell
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (can use rotisserie)
  • 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup chopped pecans, not too finely chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2/3 cups mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons shredded sharp American cheese
  • Stuffed olives, sliced

Directions
  1. In large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, celery, and nuts
  2. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise
  3. Add 1/8 cup sour cream mixture to chicken mixture, blend
  4. Spoon into baked pie shell
  5. Top with remaining sour cream mixture
  6. Garnish with shredded cheese and olive slices
  7. This will give you 6 big servings
