Chicken Party Pie

Easy. Especially nice for a luncheon, brunch, party, because of the presentation.
Ingredients
- 1 prepared baked pie shell shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (can use rotisserie) shopping list
- 1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 cup chopped pecans, not too finely chopped shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 2/3 cups mayonnaise shopping list
- 3 tablespoons shredded sharp American cheese shopping list
- stuffed olives, sliced shopping list
How to make it
- In large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, celery, and nuts
- Combine sour cream and mayonnaise
- Add 1/8 cup sour cream mixture to chicken mixture, blend
- Spoon into baked pie shell
- Top with remaining sour cream mixture
- Garnish with shredded cheese and olive slices
- This will give you 6 big servings
