Ingredients

1 prepared baked pie shell

1-1/2 cups shredded, cooked chicken (can use rotisserie)

1 cup pineapple tidbits, drained

1 cup chopped celery

1 cup chopped pecans, not too finely chopped

1 cup sour cream

2/3 cups mayonnaise

3 tablespoons shredded sharp American cheese

Stuffed olives, sliced

Directions

In large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, celery, and nuts

Combine sour cream and mayonnaise

Add 1/8 cup sour cream mixture to chicken mixture, blend

Spoon into baked pie shell

Top with remaining sour cream mixture

Garnish with shredded cheese and olive slices

This will give you 6 big servings
