Hamburger Soup

- 2 lbs cooked hamburger or stew meat chunks shopping list
- 4 cups Pacific Organic beef broth shopping list
- 4 medium Russet or yukon gold potatos shopping list
- 2 cups baby carrots sliced shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups choped celery including the greens shopping list
- 1/2 cup choped yellow onion shopping list
- 1 14 oz. can of chopped tomatos shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup frozen peas shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup frozen corn shopping list
- other vegatables may be used/added shopping list
- Dashes of seasoned pepper shopping list
- medium pinch of parsley shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Pre cook the stew meat (in a little water) (beef shank is good with the stew meat, remove the bone and use the meat from the bone with the stew meat) or fry the hamburger choped up, it's a lot faster.
- Add all ingredients to a three quart pan or crock pot.
- cook until potatos are done. ( about 30-45 minunes on stovetop or 4 1/2 hours in crockpot on high)
